Flux is the physical manifestation of a ray of light, inspired by the typical image of a street light emerging from the mist.
CHALLENGE
The product consists of two parts that fit together in the simplest possible way. The bulb-holder is machined from a solid block of aluminium resulting in a perfect component that maintains the constant temperature of the LEDs with precision. The lamp shade is made using technical cloth found primarily in the world of high-performance sport. Each and every one is hand-sewn. The result minimises bothersome shadows created with traditional lamps.
